Honor 8 Pro is Now Official! Best Flagship Sub RM 2,000

Today honor Malaysia introduced its latest flagship smartphone, the Honor 8 Pro. The ultra-thin 6.97mm full metal body built features Kirin 960 chipset and mated with a humongous 6GB of RAM.

“At honor, we put emphasis on quality, innovation and open collaboration with global partners and the honor 8 Pro aims to deliver just that. It redefines large-screen smartphones by delivering absolute performance for today’s power users in an ultra-thin minimalist design,” said Luke Au, Regional Product Marketing Director, HUAWEI Consumer Business Group.



The device shine a big 5.7-inch QHD 2K resolution display with 515ppi, the highest resolution smartphone by the company. The display has 94.5% coverage of the NTSC color gamut and protection with Corning Gorilla Glass.



The Honor 8 Pro is also with VR-ready, with a bundled cardboard viewer and pre-installed Jaunt VT app which contains a wealth of video contents.

Camera wise is a dual 12 megapixel camera setup that works on a color sensor and a monochrome sensor. This allows the Honor 8 Pro to capture more details and vivid color reproduction. The camera setup also allows the device to shoot an artificial wide aperture ranging f/0.95 to f/16 delivers DSLR-like depth of field aka Bokeh Effect. As for the front camera is an 8 megapixel wide angle camera

It will be running on EMUI 5.1 on top of Android 7.0 Nougat. To keep the lights on is a 4,000 mAh battery that provide up to two day normal usage.

The device will be available follow by Honor Experience Stores on next day. Lazada Malaysia, 11street and Shopee also will be made available too by this week.
