How low can a smartphone price can go? What if it only cost RM 15.30? No! It's not a feature phone that has no touch screen and have huge keypad.

Ringing Bells, an India's company has unveiled what claimed to be the country's most affordable smartphone. Freedom 251 powered by Android is carrying a price tag of INR 251 which translates into RM 15.30 only (about US $ 3.66)

We are not expecting a lousy hardware but it packed with a decent hardware; 1.3GHz Quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM with 8GB internal storage and sports a 4-inch qHD IPS display (960 x 480 resolution. It also comes with microSD card slot that supported up to 32GB.

Freedom 251 has a 3.2 megapixel rear camera and also a 0.3megapixel front facing camera. It will be running on Android 5.1 Lollipop and packed with 1,450mAh battery.

This super affordable smartphone has dual-sim 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and GPS chips.
